We offer a wide variety of services and resources, but even more importantly, we bring all these together to address the entire range of our clients’ business and personal financial needs.
About Jan Waring Woods, CPA
Managing Partner
Jan Waring Woods established the firm in January 2012 after many years of service in the public accounting profession in the Greater Summerville/Charleston area.
Jan was a former partner in the accounting firm of Gamble Givens & Moody, CPA’s and since 1984, she has served clients in the area of accounting, auditing, taxation, forensic accounting and management advisory services for individuals, commercial businesses, government and nonprofit organizations.
Jan graduated Cum Laude in 1984 from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting.
She is very involved in the community and has served on various boards, including the Charleston Regional Development Alliance, Summerville/Dorchester Chamber of Commerce, Summerville Town Council and St. Paul’s Church Vestry. Jan currently services on the Dorchester Free School Board and is Summerville Rotarian.
Jan’s honors and distinctions include participating in Leadership South Carolina Class of 2004, being awarded the Summerville Journal Scene’s 2010 Women to Watch and a 2013 Inductee of the Summerville High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
Jan is also a Member of AICPA and the SC Assosciation of Public Accountants.
